Metcon (4 Rounds for reps)


Hollow Rocks

Push Ups

Sit Ups


8 rounds of 20 secs work, 10 sec rest

Complete all Hollow Rocks before moving onto Push Ups. Compete against family members and friends to see who gets the highest number of total reps for each movement. Use wall or chair for incline push ups, or keep plank on the way down, and drop to knees to push back up. Rx plank is top of push up position. Can drop to knees and elbows to scale.
