Death by Air Squats

Start with 5 air squats and add 5 reps each minute until failure

Min 1- 5 Air Squats

Min 2- 10 Air Squats

Min 3- 15 Air Squats

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

Death by Burpee

Start with 3 burpees and add 3 reps each minute until reps cannot be completed in the minute.

Min 1- 3 burpees

Min 2- 6 burpees

Min 3- 9 burpees
