Rx Female division- no synchro bar muscle ups. Partners may split reps between each other

Rx Male- synchro bar muscle ups are still required. If one partner cannot do a bar muscle up, a synchro jumping bar muscle up can be used. Score will fall below any team who has both partners do bar muscle ups

Scaled- synchro jumping pull ups will be used
