5 Hindu Push Ups

10 Floor Scoops

10 Jumping Squats


Metcon (Time)

1/4 Murph

400m Run

25 Pull Ups

50 Push Ups

75 Squats

400m Run

Must start and finish with 400m

Partition push/pull/squat however you like

Practice partitioning reps as you would for full Murph

ex: 5 rounds 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats

Post Workout Mobility

Spiderman stretch
